Little Bunny

bunny sketchI love bunnies!!!! The cottontails and jackrabbits run around the fields and are so much fun to see, but I worry about all the predators that they face. I just started this sketch of a bunny with pencils, ink and pastels. I may add some flowers before I frame it and hang it safely on my wall to enjoy forever in my home….

LOL

I don’t know what he told her, maybe he just breathed in her ear, but whatever, I walked outside and Miss Piggy was sure having fun with Cactus Jack…I oughta write a book!!!  img_0370

Take a Walk on the Wild Side

Here we go....

Here we go....

The pasture was slim pickins’ this winter for two growing boys. We tried to keep them supplied with hay and cattle cubes, but as they were walking the fence-line, the temptation was too great not to go in search of greener pastures. Little did they know what they would encounter in a jungle of cactus and mesquite……Will they survive?

Escape To The Beach

This is my interpretation of the way the Pelicans must feel during a major hurricane. We love going to Rockport and Port Aransas and of-course I fall in love with all the birds.

She is 2 years old now.  As a puppy, she was known as the Tazmanian devil or the Bullet. Now she has settled down and protects Bev, constantly by her side. Her eyelashes are now 2 inches long.
